Hardware requirements

Minimum Intel I5 (I7 or better is recommended) CPU. AMD Ryzen CPUs are also supported.

Nvidia Geforce graphics card (not entry level). Suitable cards include: GTX1050 - GTX1080, GTX1650-1660Ti, GTX2060-2080, GTX3050-3090, GTX4050-4090.

The Nvidia Quadro line is also suitable but not necessary. Recent (not entry level) AMD or Intel cards also work well if they support OpenGL 4.5 and have at least 2GB of on board memory. Recent integrated GPU solutions are also qualified (AMD APUs, Intel XE or Intel Arc laptops). Regardless of the GPU type, you should make sure that the driver installed supports OpenGL 4.5, in case you are not sure, just update your driver to the latest version available.

8GB (16GB or more recommended) RAM

256GB or more SSD drive

For SDI i/o: Blackmagic, Bluefish and DVS cards are supported with external and internal keying, depending on the card.

For IP i/o: Newtek's NDI®. All of our products are fully NDI® compliant.

Operating system: Windows 7, 8, 8.1, 10, 11, Home or Pro 64-bit versions

Laptop PCs with I7 class CPU, dedicated Nvidia graphics options (GTX960m, GTX970m, GTX980m, GTX1050m, GTX1650m, RTX2050, RTX 3050 or better, RTX4050 or better) and Thunderbolt ports (for SDI i/o) can also be used. Recent AMD and Intel integrated graphics should suffice for up 1080p broadcast resolution. For Thunderbolt based SDI i/o, you can either use an external enclosure with a card or Blackmagic's Ultrastudio line of devices. NDI does not require a Thunderbolt port, just a fast network connection. AMD based laptops with 40Gbps USB4 ports probably support Thunderbolt devices, but you should definitely test before buying one.
